Ingredients of Lobster Roll

  • 1 Bun
  • 1 tbsp Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Cray Fish
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Chives

How to Make Lobster Roll

trim the bun, cut it through the middle without slicing until the bottom and butter all the sides

toast the bun on all sides till golden brown on all sides.

slice the marinated cray fish and sauté in a heated pan with some butter, garlic, Birds Eye chilli and seasoning.

once cooked, in a mixing bowl, mix the cray fish with kewpie mayo along with thinly chopped chives and line them in the centre of the bun.
5.
Top the crayfish with some Parmesan cheese and gratin are in the oven.
6.
Once nicely warmed up, garnish with fresh chives.
7.
Serve with a side of crispy hot fries and kewpie mayo
